I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and homely feel of Fern Surya Resort. The spacious and clean rooms along with the friendly service made my stay enjoyable. The resort could benefit from adding more activities and a swimming pool, but overall I would recommend it.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. the location amidst the hills was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. The basic amenities provided were of great quality. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

We loved the location of this hotel along the highway with easy access to nearby cities, including Kasauli. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the staff were courteous and helpful, making our stay memorable. The resort we stayed at this weekend was truly a hidden gem. It had amazing views of the surrounding area and clean and comfortable rooms. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food they served, especially the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The resort was located near some interesting tourist spots and that made it easy to visit them. the pool area was very enjoyable and well maintained.
The staff was not that friendly or helpful. there was a weird odor in the room that was very unsettling for us.

The resort is situated on a busy highway towards Kasauli. the location is quite comfortable and easily accessible. the rooms are spacious and food is good. the gym is functional and fresh fruit jams are available.
Housekeeping services are not up to the mark, and guests are required to constantly remind them for even basic services.
